Blended program Vocational training

CAPFORM — blended vocational training at scale

An on-site + online program delivered to 2,000+ learners across the GRETA Bourgogne-Franche-Comté network.

The challenge

The challenge

(placeholder CAFOC) The GRETA BFC network needed to modernise its vocational pathways in a post-pandemic context: 2,000+ learners per year, geographical dispersion, uneven digital literacy. Fully on-site formats were no longer sustainable; pure distance learning sacrificed the relational anchor essential to successful professional insertion.
The approach

The approach

(placeholder CAFOC) CAFOC engineered a 50/50 blended program: three on-site days pacing an online pathway scripted on the LMS. Built a reusable pedagogical-activity reference shared by the 12 GRETA centres, trained trainers across two sessions, centralised learner-follow-up tooling. Co-constructed with 8 training advisers from the network.
The deliverable
