IncluScol — e-learning pathway on inclusive education

An e-learning pathway sensitising teachers to the inclusion of students with special educational needs.

The challenge

The challenge

(placeholder CAFOC) Initial teacher training leaves little room for real inclusion situations: students with dyslexia, ASD, high-potential profiles, non-francophone speakers. Existing continuing-education modules were too long, not operational, rarely followed beyond chapter one. A short, classroom-scenario-driven format that teachers could complete autonomously over 4-6 weeks was needed.
The approach

The approach

(placeholder CAFOC) CAFOC designed IncluScol as a modular pathway of 8 chapters, 15 minutes each, built around classroom case studies filmed with teacher and family GDPR consent. Each chapter blends observation, pedagogical analysis, and practical tooling (observation grids, teaching adaptations). Scientific committee of UBE education-science researchers.
